New Accounts

New clients must fill out a Rental Application. Click on the appropriate rental application below. Please print and fill out appropriate application as well as the Rental Equipment Order Form, then fax them over to our new accounts department at (281) 291-7825. If equipment is being delivered to an address that is NOT the billing address of the credit card you use, then you must also submit our Credit Card Approval Form.

NOTE: Your credit card will not be billed until your account has been approved and we are ready to ship or deliver your items. If you have questions regarding the applications, either e-mail us, or call us directly at 1-800-890-7393.  

Existing Accounts

If you have an existing account with us, simply call us at 1-800-890-7393 to place your order or print and fill out the Rental Equipment Order Form, then fax it over to us at 281-291-7825

Order Placement

Just call us to order at 1-800-890-7393 Monday to Friday from 8:00AM to 5:00PM and Saturdays from 9:00AM to 1:00PM

Payment

Payment is due upon order placement. We accept all major credit cards.
